Careers by personality type

Type can point at the kind of day you like: quiet or with people, a set plan or a changing one, a problem to solve or a person to help. It does not measure skill, and it is a poor way to hire. Interests, values, and the job market still decide.

One type has a full guide so far, with pay and outlook from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The other cards open the work section on that type’s page. Those sections describe a work style. They are not a wage list.

Pro includes a Career Deep Dive in the Career section: interests, work values, and a ranked list from your scores. It is part of the $29 purchase. The list is not a promise of a job or a wage. See Pro
