Refund policy

This refund policy applies to purchases of SixteenKind Pro from SixteenKind, operated by SEO Rank SERP LLC. It forms part of our terms of service.

1. Our 14-day guarantee

SixteenKind Pro is a one-time $29 (USD) payment. It is not a subscription and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. If you ask within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the full amount you paid, including any tax collected. You do not need to give a reason, although we are always grateful to hear what we could do better.

2. How to request a refund

• Email build100k@gmail.com with the subject “Refund”.
• Send it from the email address you use to sign in, or include that address in your message, so we can find your purchase.
• If you can, include the date of purchase or the receipt Stripe emailed you. This is helpful but not required.

We will confirm by email once the refund has been issued.

3. How long it takes

We aim to issue refunds within 5 business days of your request. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. After we issue the refund, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We cannot refund to a different card or account. If your card has been closed, your bank will normally pass the refund on to you.

4. What happens to your Pro access

When a refund is issued, SixteenKind Pro access is removed from your account automatically. Your free tests, results and guides are not affected. You are welcome to buy SixteenKind Pro again later.

5. After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases are generally final. However, if you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or SixteenKind Pro did not work as described and we cannot fix it, contact us at any time and we will put it right, including with a refund where appropriate.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is faster, and a chargeback can take weeks and involves fees. If a chargeback is opened, SixteenKind Pro access may be suspended while it is reviewed, and removed if the payment is reversed. Opening a chargeback does not affect your legal rights.

7. EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is provided straight away, that right ends once delivery begins, if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right to withdraw. Because SixteenKind Pro is unlocked immediately after payment, that is how it works.

In practice, this makes no difference to you: our voluntary 14-day guarantee above still applies, so you can get a full refund within 14 days in any case.

8. Exceptions for abuse

The guarantee is meant for honest use. We may decline a refund, or close an account, where there is clear evidence of abuse, for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles, refunds requested after copying or redistributing Pro content in breach of our terms, or fraudulent payments. We will always tell you if we decline a request and why, and this never limits your legal rights.

9. Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, such as rights when digital content is faulty or not as described.
